Elbow stuff from 50 50

A

From a 50-50 position.

Get your thumb into the space between their underhooking arm ang your body. Hold their arm in place…

Cicle away from that arm and then square up into it. Twist your hips and chest like your throwing a cross and push their elbow towards their center line…

Drop your level and put your head outside their elbow. Pinch the elbow towards their mid section by pushin with then head and pulling with your other underhook on the far side of their body at thier hip…

Take the hand that was controlling their elbow and grab their leg on that side…

Step in slightly with yourbback foot and throw your other leg in for an inside trip…
