Arm Drag Sequence

A

Walk forward, leading with your head. They will extend an arm to keep you from running into them and maintain their distance. Once they extend their arm there are 2 types of drag you can do. The traditional arm drag and a slap drag. A slap drag is just slapping their hand down as they post on you. As their hand comes down you catch their extended arm for the drag…

Ideally you drag at the arm pit, as high as you can go…

Step into them with the same side foot as the drag to avoid having to chase them around and around…Step in deep enough that they are really straddling your leg. Lower your level as you step so they your hips are lower than theirs and your ready to load then up…
You want to be in their space and on their flank. They should be off balance…

After the arm drag you can easily grab a single leg…

You can connect your hands at their far hip and trap their arm. Because you stepped in your hips will be under them. Lock your hands, step your rear foot in slightly and then throw them backwards towards your overhook 5:12 in video

If you go to grab their leg and they step back you duck under them and grab the other leg for a firemans carry. (3:58 in video)

Q

Double Leg

A

Clear their arms or get them to lean back by coming aggressively towards them. Grab for the collar etc.

Lower your level and Step between their legs. It’s just a step, not a wrestling shot with the knee on the ground…

When you step, hit them with your lead shoulder to make their feet light.

Grab them behind the knees and push the knees together and then to the side…
