i’m going along with the group because I want to be accepted and liked - peer pressure - do not want to stand out

believe they are right - want to do the right /appropriate thing - watch what others do then do it

large than small request- wanted small request the whole time - more likely to say yes to small thing -

small request at first than ask for more and more - said yes once more likely to do it again

ask for request than leave out certain - very effective
