I have to get this stuff out for it to heal better.
It will heal better and faster on its own. There is nothing I have to do to help the process. I will leave it alone.
I have to pull at this loose scab.
It will come off on its own when it’s ready. The longer it stays on the better the wound heals. There is nothing I have to do to help the process. I will leave it alone.
I have picked at this one scab and it was ok. I might do some of the other scabs and start from fresh afterwards.
Picking the other scabs will be worse. They will heal better and faster on their own. There is nothing I have to do to help the process. I will leave them alone.
I have picked (a lot) today so I lost this day. I might as well stop trying not to pick and start again tomorrow.
I can start again right now. The more I let my skin heal on its own the better. I am not gaining anything from picking.
I have to check the state of the wounds on my face.

I haven’t picked for a long while. The scabs are ready to be picked.

I’m touching my face a lot. I can feel I’m going to pick soon.
