Define revolution
A big change like overthrowing a government to change to another form of government
Define republic
A form of government where citizens hold governing power or elect the government
Define Collective Consciousness
An awareness shared by many people, typically based on a shared experience or memory that becomes some sort of myth or legend
Define bourgeoisie
A group of middle class people in France before the French Revolution, including, but not limited to, doctors, lawyers, and teachers.
Define push factors
Negative conditions that push people away from a place, such as war or famine
Define pull factors
Positive conditions that attract people to a place, such as good economy and equal rights
