Classification of vitamins
Fat soluble vitamins: (A,D,E&K) are stored in the body
Water soluble vitamins: (B&C) cannot be stored in the body and need to be eaten every day

Source: found in animal sources e.g oily fish, eggs and butter
Function: good eye sight
Defiency: night blindness

Source: sunshine
Functions: works with calciu for healthy bones&teeth
Defiency: rickets

Source: seeds,nuts
Function: healthy skin
Deficiency: are rare

Source : green vegetables
Function: essential for normal blood clotting
Deficiency: blood will not clot easily

Source: meat
Function: healthy nervous system
Deficiency: delayed growth
Name voltage or folic acid
Source: whole meal bread
Function:taking folic acid before & during pregnancy reduce the risk of neurol tube defects in unborn babies
Deficiency: neural tube defects

Source: fruit ( blackberry,kiwis,oranges, strawberries)
Function: good general health
Deficiency: incresd risk of colds and flus
