Pain in joints. To help, rest joints, apply hot compresses, take aspirin(2-3 for severe up to 6 times a day with baking soda), antacid, milk, or water. Do hand exercises.

Gradual without pain may come in men older than 40 and hearing aid may help. Can come from ear infection, head injury, plug or dry wax. Ringing and sudden deafness may be Meniere disease and may cause vomit or nausea. Take no salt and use antihistamine like dimenhydrinate.

Less sleep time and can be helped by exercise, no coffee/tea, drinking milk, warm baths, or taking promethazine or dimenhydrinate.
