What are the three levels of plan?
1) Project Plan
2) Stage Plan

What does the Project Plan defined as:
A high level plan showing major products of the project, when they will be delivered and at what cost. Initial project plan is presented as part of the PID. This is revised as more information comes to light. It is a major control document for the project board to measure actual progress against expectations.

What is a stage plan?
Detailed plan used as a basis for project management control throughout a management stage. Must be detailed enough for day to control by the PM.
What is a team plan?
The Team Plans are used at the Delivering Level. They are created and used by the Team Manager in the Managing Product Delivery process. The focus is to plan the work that is assigned to the Team Manager in Work Packages.
How many stages must a Prince 2 project have?
2 - The Initiation stage and the Rest of the Project
What must consider when defining the stages?
