My company now possesses standard documentation for use on differing types of contracts - this particular contract was a JCT D&B Contract.
I ensured that the report was updated to reflect project-specific information, such as client and contractor details, the scope of work including variations, outstanding works / defects and certificates and documentation (such as as-built drawings and O&M manuals)
