It impacts the way in which I hold data for clients, the way emails are dealt with, any client data held for marketing purposes, but also not just electronic data. Any data which can be easily found I must deal with in accordance with GDPR

Equalising data from different sources involves using standardised formats to ensure consistency and meaningful analysis. I would:
- address missing values
- identify anomalies
- align units of measurement

- Our in-house data system provides measures to protect commercially sensitive information by marking documents as confidential and using secure networks and software
- It has rules in place for the timeline data is kept; relating to contracts being signed & underhand or signed as a deed

In my professional life, I am the data controller or data processor in some circumstances
What is meant by to be forgotten?
Under GDPR, individuals have the right to have personal data erased under certain circumstances such as:
- if data is no longer necessary under the purpose it was collected
- if the data collector is relying on lawful consent and this is withdrawn
If home or hybrid working, how would you deal with cyber security?
- using a virtual private network (VPN)
- ## being aware of phishing emails and checking with a colleague or client if unsure
