5. Escapes from JSO custody
6. Officer involved discharge of firearm, in custody death(traffic crash with SI or death, any police related action with SI or death
7. SWAT callout for barricaded or hostage situation
8. Strikes or civil disturbance with injury, death, large scale unrest
