manometry/pH studies if endoscopy normal

how is it treated

A

PPI (omeprazole)
antacids (gaviscon - bases)
H2 receptor antagonists (ranitidine, cimetidine - rapid)
Endoscopic fundoplication to repair LOS if young and unresponsive to meds
