A

Solid, mobile, well-circumscribed round breast mass, usually <40 years of age

A
  • Negative needle aspiration looking for fluid
  • ultrasound
  • core biopsy

  • Surgical resection for large or growing lesions
  • small fibroadenomas can be observed closely
