From the floor view, hit the seat button. If there are no call aheads,
enter the party number, requests, First-Time Guests or VIP. If there are
call aheads, hit seat unlisted button, repeat same steps.

A

When tables open, view wait, highlight party, click seat button, pick table

A

Shows tables and waitlist. You can seat waiting parties from this view

A

What is the hold list & how do you put a party on hold?

A

Hold list is for lost parties - call aheads on the waitlist longer than an
hour. To put a party on hold, highlight the party, select hold button,
and confirm party has been moved to list.

A

Shows all the seated tables, the times parties were sat and the tables
where they were sat

What is the waitlist?

A

Waitlist is where you record all parties that are waiting, including call
aheads. Shows quote times, how long the party has waited, any special
needs, and party size.

button, choose Tables, pick Server, assign, repeat for each Server, hit
Done button
