A
  • Bronchospasms: 2.5 to 5 mg via SVN with mouthpiece, mask, or in-line with BVM, CPAP or ventilator, repeat as needed in 20 min.

A
  • Known hypersensitivity
  • Synergistic with other sympathomimetics
  • Dysrhythmias, especially those caused by digitalis

A

• < 20 kg: 2.5 mg via SVN with mouthpiece, mask, blow-by or in-line with BVM, repeat as needed in 20 min.
• ≥ 20 kg: 5 mg via SVN with mouthpiece, mask, blow-by or in-line with BVM, repeat as needed in 20 min.
