Warning signs

A
  • Water retention
  • heaviness in centre of chest triggered by effort or emotion
  • Depression
  • Extreme tiredness, thirst or excessive urination
  • Irregular heartbeat, muscle weakness, nausea.
  • Pain or tightness in legs while exercising that disappears at rest.
  • Dizziness, light-headedness on standing, blurred vision (postural hypotension)
