What are the 6 high level steps to add an app configuration policy for managed apps on iOS/iPadOS and Android devices ?
- Apps > Configuration > Create > Managed apps
- Basics : Name+Description + Device enrollment type (Managed apps is selected)
- Choose either Select public apps or Select custom apps then select the app from the list of apps that you’ve approved and synchronized with Intune.
- Settings / General configuration settings : For each, type the Name and Value.
- Assignments: Select groups to include or exclude
- Review + create

Settings catalog allows you to choose which settings you want to configure.
