- Selected devices
- I’ll choose later: Doesn’t deploy a policy to devices. Remediations can still be used, but any reports that rely on analytics data will be empty.

- Select Devices > Configuration, Click Create and then click New Policy.
- In the Platform list, choose Windows 10 and later.
- In the Profile type list, choose Templates.

- On the Configuration settings page, choose Enable in the Health monitoring list.
- In the Scope list, select Endpoint analytics.
- Click Next, and complete the wizard as usual, assigning to a group that contains all your Windows devices.
