Brand Awareness
This is the attention a brand receives- across all social media across a defined reporting period.
Audience Growth Rate
Measures the rate of new followers engaging with your site or product.
Retention Rate
The percentage of followers who abandon or leave the site or product over a measured time frame.
Churn Rate
The comparison of new followers minus the followers who abandon.
(New followers - Leaving existing followers) / total followers
Post Reach
Measures how many people have seen a post since it went live.
Potential Reach
Measures the number of people who could, realistically, see a post during a reporting period.
Social Share of Voice (SSoV)
Measures how many people are mentioning your brand on social media compared to your competitors.
