- You are going to contact MedLink who are BA's medical support team - MedLink is located the US - You are going to give MedLink details of their condition

You can still receive advice from MedLink but must not pass on info that can be used to identify the PAX

- Remove the pad pack - LEAVE pads on casualty - Insert replacement pad pack

What do you do with a dead body onboard?
- Remove all equipment - Protective layer placed underneath - Place blanket over body up to neck (do not cover face unless asked to do so by other PAX or if deemed necessary)

- Check for signs of life - Record the time - Make a decision wether to commence CPR or not
