Describe the inspection section of the cardiovascular examination?
Pulses: assessing rate and rhythm
Hands: clammy, splinter haemorrhages, peripheral cyanosis
Capillary refill time (normal less than 2 seconds)
Jugular venous pressure: observe to see if its raised (can apply pressure on the liver to enhance it)
