Define Roles of a Teacher
the various responsibilities and activities in which teachers engage.
Who is the teacher as an educator?
he teacher as educator must take into account student learning styles, abilities, and personalities.
Who is the teacher as a Caregiver?
This means providing physical, emotional, and intellectual support for students in various capacities. A teacher is also there to emotionally support students
What is reflective teaching?
an approach to instruction where teachers self-analyze their teaching methods, strategies, and results. An instructor using reflective teaching will think about his or her own teaching practices and scrutinize how something is taught as a method of self-improvement and to improve learning outcomes for their students.
What is the reflective Pedagogical Approach?
involves instructors continually thinking about and reflecting on their teaching. The goal is for teachers to learn more about their practices and make improvements going forward. Reflective teaching is a process, not a product.
How can reflective teaching be described?
A process of thinking over and analyzing teaching practices to improve learning outcomes
When seeking feedback, who is a good choice to have sit in on one of your classes?
You can ask a colleague whose teaching standards you admire to come into your classroom and observe a session. Ask for honest feedback, and let your colleague know that your goal is to improve.

Schools are not required to provide copies of the records and may charge a fee if they are asked to make copies.
