P: men-infertility, women- PID
Tx: no vaccine

S&sx: men- thick, pus containing discharge. systemic infection, neonatal comjunctivitis
E: 60% of women are asymptomatic
Tx: AMC, prophylactic treatment of eyes of newbrons
Gonorrhea
CA: spirochete bacteria
S&Sx: paniless ulcer, rash on palms and soles, most infectious at secondary stage, tertiary- latent, memory loss, personality change, cogenital- crosses placenta- death of fetus
Tx; penicillin, AMC, no vaccne
Syphilis
CA: >100 types of HPv
S&sx: warts, cancer
Tx: condom, vaccine
Human papillomavirus (genital warts)
CA: herpes Simplex virus(type 2)
S&sx: itching and burning, small red bumps,vesicles
Tx: condom
Genital herpes
CA: human immunodeficiency viruses
S&sx: clinical latency, fatal without treatment, asymptomatic, weight loss, fever, fatigue
P: kills T cells
E: blood, semen, vaginal secretions
Tx: Antiretrovirals(ARVs)
