Polypoid (intraluminal)
Intimal
Adventitial

What are features of polypoid tumours?

Have attachement to intima with growth into the lumen
Embolization is common

What are features of intimal tumours?

Grow along the endothelial surface
Lead to branch vessel occlusion

What are features of adventitial tumours?

Grow outward and invade surrounding structures

inhomogeneous echo dense mass with outer membrane

mean survival 14 months
