3. Following the meeting i circulated the minutes including action points.

1. Inspection of a retail property in Brighton.
2. I noted that the bins were untidy and in the way of the pavement.
3. I checked the lease and noted that this was not in line with their lease.
4. I wrote a letter stating my findings and their obligations in the lease. I sent this in the post and via email having called them on the phone to ensure a good relationship and strong communication.
