1. Prior to the inspection of an office in Temple, i noted that the property was under extensive refurbishment.
2. I was required to use PPE on the inspection which was provided by the project manager and i was accompanied for the duration to ensure i was safe.

1. First quarterly inspection of a retail park in Alton.
2. I ensured that all pre-inspection actions were undertaken.
3. I notified my colleague of my arrival and I confirmed my presence with the store managers. When i left, i notified the same people.
