1. Insurance claim following illegal rave for a property in Poole.
2. I informed the landlord’s insurer and my client of this event.
3. i explained to my client that this was classed as malicious damage of which we could claim against.
4. I then provided all of the information to the insurers along with the quotes for repairs.
5. The invoices were approved and i instructed the works to be undertaken.

1. Renewal of an insurance policy for a property in Hove.
2. the landlord’s insurers stated that the forthcoming year’s policy would have a higher premium due to the undetermined cladding.
3. I therefore explained to my client that a cladding examination would assist the brokers in negotiating a lower premium following the determination.
4. My client agreed and the cladding was not deemed combustible and therefore the premium reduced in line with the market.

1. I undertook insurance recharges for a property in Kensington.
2. I reviewed the leases and determined that i could recharge the insurance to the tenants.
3. The insurers provided the policy and certificates and i saved on the database and billed the tenants.
