1. Measurement of a retail warehouse in Crawley.
2. This was at the request of the tenant in order to confirm the sq ft to agree to the service charge apportionment before completing the lease.
3. With the oversight of a qualified surveyor, I measured the gross internal area and made note of the existing mezzanine.
4. I reviewed the plans with my qualified colleague and sent to the tenant’s solicitors for approval.
5. They agreed and the lease completed.

1. Measurement of an office in Mayfair for a valuation.
2. I took the floor plans with me, which did not include the measurements.
3. Used a laser measurer and used IPMS 3 and also measured the net internal area making sure i included and excluded the correct items.
4. Both were stated in the report but IPMS was used for the valuation.
