How do you access the CRM in the system?
Business > CRM
What additional information can we obtain when adding a company to our contacts list in the CRM?

What tab can we access in CRM exclusively?
The activity log.
What is the activity log for?
To action specific activities. Create an activity, for example - a follow-up task or a notification so all staff can see it.
What is the purpose of the Tasks log?
This screen acts as a to-do-list for specific staff members. Notifications or follow-up activities that are attached to you will display here.
What will the activity dashboard show?
This screen gives an overview of what activities are being inputted. This also shows the date and time. This can be used to assess whether staff are keeping their to-do-list up to date.
When will our client use the sales dashboard to understand anticipated profitability or revenue?
Our client can give each stage of sale a different colour and percentage to clearly show revenue possibility.
How does a customer assign a percentage to the sales dashboard stages?
Nuts and Bolts > Admin > CRM options > Add CRM prospect stage.
What is a CRM reason code?
If we are deleting a customer or putting an opportunity as closed and lost - we can add a reasoning code so there is a small section of information as to why these actions were carried out.
What is vital to the CRM setup process?
Give the customer the permissions to access the CRM via the Groups section in Permissions. Right click - Assign Rights - Business - CRM needs to be ticked for the users we wish to have viewing access.
