Method - effect of antibiotics on bacterial growth
A
Sterilise working area
Sterilise inoculating loop by passing through Bunsen burner flame.
Open sterile agar gel plate near bunsen burner plate
Use inoculating loop to spread chosen bacteria evenly over the plate
Place sterile filter paper discs containing antibiotics onto the plate
Incubate at 25c
