A

The iris is a circular muscle that creates the opening for the pupil. The pupil is where light enters the eye.

What is the lens and its purpose?

A

The lens is a transparent disc located behind the pupil/iris. It bends the light rays to focus on the retina.

Explain the process of how we see

A

Light rays enter the eye through the pupil and are bent by the lens. This light then travels to the visual center in the brain through the optic nerve. The brain then translates the light to a visual image.
