A
Adverse immune reaction to food
Associated with GI symptoms instead of anaphylaxis or respiratory symptoms

What drug treatment is used in food Allergies
A
Sodium cromoglicate (as well as avoiding that food)
Can use antihistamines but evidence low quality
Chloramphenamine malate- symptomatic control of food allergy
Adrenaline / epidrine (epipen) - immediate treatment
