People-migration has changed demographic of city and caused people with specialised skills to relocate to Gloucester.

Money/investments-government/hrmc invested in schemes to train people to become specialised in certain areas.flows of investment are being direct invested in education/providing benefits to those struggling

Resources-location of hrmc has caused new jobs bringing specialised groups of people into glos

Ideas- new economic strategies are beginning to arise to combat serious problems Gloucester faces(homelessness)

Changing nature of farmed causes decline and rise of imported goods.(low prices,better climate,lowes carbon footprint
