Capital- more capital flows into emerging markets/developing countries then lic.fdi is concentrated in areas with infrastructure,cheap skilled labour.brain drain(investment follows skilled workers ) often leaving lics behind
Labour- workers from lic often migrate to hic for jobs. Benefits hic but leads to exploitation,loss of skills in home countries
Products- developed countries export high value goods/services and often low value raw materials.terms of trades unequal (poorer countries earn less for exports.
Consequences:
Economic equality-hits benefit more from trade/investment.poorer countries can become dependent on low wage jobs.
Exploitation of labour-tncs often set up in countries with low wages/regulations.lead to poor working conditions,child labour,environmental damage
