What is a team?

What is forming?
The group gets together and gets to know each other
What is storming?
When a group experiences potential conflict
What is norming?
When conflicts are resolved and the team cooperates
What is performing?
When all players are interactive, working together to achieve their goals
What is mourning?
When goals have been achieved and the team begins to break up
What is cohesion?
The tendency for individuals to work together to achieve their goals
What is co-action?
When others do the same task but separately
What is interaction?
When a group works together to produce results
What is social loafing?
When an individual loses motivation due to a lack of performance identification in a team
