What is Intrinsic Feedback and give an example?
Intrinsic Feedback is within the performer
Eg: from muscles to adjust the body position to perform skills
What is Extrinsic Feedback and give an example?
Extrinsic Feedback is from the outside of the performer
Eg: From coach to explain how they can be improved
What is Positive Feedback and give an example?
Being told what was good about your performance or technique
Eg: A beginner gets positive feedback on their performance
What is Negative Feedback and give an example?
Being told what is wrong about performance or technique
Eg: getting told what was wrong so they can correct errors
What is KoR and give an example?
Focuses on whether your performance got the desired result
Eg: Used to understand what needs to be done to improve performance
What is KoP and give an example?
Focuses on the way you carried out the skill or technique
Eg: Used to improve future results
