A

Can only be confirmed by testing but I would assess the age of the building, whether the material is known to commonly contain asbestos and whether it is detailed within any existing asbestos report.

A

I pre-agree a checking-in contact schedule with a colleague such as when I arrive and leave site and include all relevant contact information within my diary such as site address, who I’m meeting and approximate appointment length.
