3 things to know with negative airflow rooms
own HVAC (AC/heat) exchanges air 6-12 times/hour (every 5-15 min) vent room 3 ft above roof

Gloves, Gown, Goggles, Mask
The proper order for donning/doffing
Go UP body - gown, mask, goggles, gloves
Alphabetical - gloves, goggles, gown, walk outside, mask
