Humulin 70/30
Mixed Insulin - 70% N and 30% R
N = Numerator
50 units of 70/30 = 70% of N of 50 units 50 x .7
30% of R of 50 units 50 x .3

IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS
steroids (sone), azathioprine, and a drug ending in -limus (sirolimus)
Crackles, Wheezes, Bruits
crackled caused by fluid in airways - give furosemide (diuretic)
narrowing of airways - give albuterol (bronchodilator)

Stages of pressure sores
stage 1 skin intact - no break, no blanching. do not massage
stage 2 - skin is broken (no yellow, white, or red)
stage 3 - full thickness - down to subcut fat (yellow)
stage 4 full thickness, down to bone (white) or muscle (red)
(take online pressure ulcer staging quiz day before)

Left lower: descending colon
