Post-op care
Anything spinal, log roll your pt
Limit sitting 30 mins
Cervical (watch for pneumonia)
Thoracic (watch for pneumonia/paralytic ileus (bowel paralysis)
Lumbar (watch for urinary retention)
which site has the most problems post op? (paim, bleeding, infection)
hip incision (for infection and rejection)
