what does JS have to do with Productivity, Absenteeism and Turnover
JS & Productivity: “Happy worker is a productive worker” is often wishful thinking. Relationship stronger at organisational level & for higher-level jobs. Productivity can lead to satisfaction.
JS & Absenteeism: Dissatisfied workers more likely absent (can be affected by sick leave policies).
JS & Turnover: Satisfied employees less likely to leave (affected by job market, tenure, personal disposition).
