THE SIMPLE PAST FORMS OF “SEIN” AND “HABEN”.
In this week’s grammar module, you will learn that the present perfect (Perfekt) is the most commonly used past tense in German conversation. Two exceptions are the very important verbs "sein"and "haben". These are used in the simple past (Imperfekt).
