What is the difference between leadership and management?
Leadership- Having a vision, sharing that vision with others and providing direction.
Management- Day-to- day organisation of the business, its resources and its staffing

What is an Autocratic Management style?
Leader has complete control over decision-making, with little or no input from other. Tells employees what to do and doesn’t listen to what they have to say. They know what they are doing and how they want it to be done.
What is a Democratic Management style?
Leader involves their team in the decision process. Listen’s to employees opinions and ensures that they can contribute to the discussion.
What is a Paternalistic Management style?
Sees themselves as a parental figure at the head of the family. Employees need guidance, support and care. Interested in employees happiness, health, support and care. Making decisions in the best interest of their staff.
What is a Laissez-Faire Management style?
Leader takes a hands-off approach and allows their team to manage their own work.
What makes a strong leader?
Encouraging, Motivating, inspiring and challenge you to produce your best work.
What type of leadership style should a successful leader use?
Successful leader will be able to use a variety of leadership styles depending on the situation to achieve the best results for their business.
