1. Need to delegate -need to give tasks to other people which can be difficult if they used to control every aspect of business.
2. Trust and verify- Need to trust team will do jobs effectively as leader.
3. Learning to listen- Entrepreneurs often are driven by their visions and ideas so as a leader they need to listen to other peoples ideas
4. Having an open mind- Entrepreneurs need to be open to new ideas and willing to adapt to changing circumstances
5. Being less reactive- Need to take more strategic and measured approach to decision-making instead of quick action.
6. Developing emotional intelligence- Understand and manage their own emotions as well as those of their teams.
