A

Motivational Theory in Phycology consisting of Hierarchal Levels. The 5 Levels are:
1. Self-Actualization- Offer opportunities to pursue passions + interests.
2. Self-Esteem- Provide recognition for employees accomplishments.
3. Love+ Belonging- Encourage teamwork + sense of community.
4. Safety- Job security, fair pay + safe working conditions.
4. Physiological- Businesses can provide necessities (water + food, breaks)
