What are the aspects of 4-AT?
alertness- normal/mild sleepy/abnormal; AMT-4 (age; DOB; place; current year); attention (months backwards); acute or fluctuating course

executive function (planning); visuospatiAL ability; abstraction (using symbols); corrrelates well with overall cognitive functioning
What is typically affected first in Alzhemiers?
