Rx = Azithromycin Or Clarithromycin; + ethambutol. [can add rifambutin or cipro]

M. leprae: Prophylaxis; tuberculoid Rx; lepromatous Rx

Prophylaxis = N/A!!!

 

Tuberculous = dapsone + rifampin

 

Lepromatous = dapsone + rifampin + clofazimine
