It is a great platform to deliver cloud-based systems products. It enables and enhances business and has been used by Industry Fortune 100s across all business function areas.
What does cloud-based mean?
Data that is stored in the Salesforce computers that you retrieve and access through the internet
What are other reasons we use Salesforce?
We use Salesforce because it enables organizations to work faster/ smarter/ more efficient through technology & it doesn’t occupy a lot of space since all data is stored in the internet. It also helps collaboration between entire company + changes can be made in real time.

It is a visual representation. It is used to identify problems, we use it by drawing “as-is”

Identifies who does what and in what order. It is logical and chronological and can indicate hand offs. It is also versatile because it is a training tool and can be applied to other diagrams.; flows easily
