What is the foundation of the pina roja?
Two pinas are better than one! Blending tequila (made form agave pina) and pineapple juice as the foundation flavours, then adding a splash of sugar free pomegrante.
Finished with a touch of salt, lemon and garnished with a singular raspberry.
What is in rejuvenation?
As the name says, this drink is meant to restore rehyrdation with a uniquely light cocktail. This drink showcases tanqueray gin, with its fresh companions lime,salt, cucumber and sparkling lime and yuzu.

What is the kalamansi lychee cooler?
This drink is an exotic characterfeaturing the floral kalamansi (philipine lime fruit) and floral lychee. It has half an once of our tequila (el tequileno), lychee syrup, fresh grapefruit juice, kalansi puree and a pinch of salt for balance.

What is the kiwi melon collins?
A tall and bright coloured temptation featuring juicy kiwi and melon. Made with gin (beefeater), melon liqeur, kiwi syrup, and ginger ale.
GARNISHED WITH A CUCUMBER RIBBON.
- tastes very juicy and when you drink it, there is no question that kiwi is the first thing you taste, its very evident in its taste.
What is the coconut smash?
This is like a pina colada but make it more mature. How has this been elevated? A pina colada is usually made with rum, which isn’t for everybody, which is why the cocounut smash features absolut vanilla vodka, triple sec (orange flavoured liquer0, lemon juice an dpineapple juice for a zesty refresher.

This is a mellow strawberry lemonade made with grey goose vodka (1 oz) , lemon juice, strawberry syrup.

This drink is one of our iconic comebacks, featuring freshly blended watermelon juices, absolut vodka , fresh mint syrup and lime juice.

What is the JOEY martini and the classic margarita?
The JOEY martini has 2.75 absolut vodka 0.25 oz dry vermouth (mixing red or white wine with a spirit) garnished with 3 BLUE CHEESE STUFFED OLIVES.
The classic margarita is made with 1.5 oz Olmeca Altos Plata (tequila with a smooth and peppery finish) , 0.25 oz Triple sec, cane syrup, lime juice and egg white.
What is the JOEY cheeseburger?
The NEW JOEY cheeseburger is iconic and perfect. It’s got not one but 2 premium patties (ground chuck, brisket and short rib), american and chedder , roasted onion aoili, shredded lettuce, white onion and pickles to cut through the richness. Served on a custom-made toasted brioche bun.
What are the baja cauliflower tacos?
Our new Cauliflower Tacos are a delicious combination of spiced cauliflower an addictively complex cilantro chimichurri, a creamy chipotle mayo our famous corn guacamole, white corn tortillas and served with fries on the side.

Our crispy tempura prawns offered exclusively during happy hour are the perfect accompaniment to a glass of wine, beer, or one of our delicious new cocktails. Crispy tempura prawns drizzled with spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce and garnished with some micro cilantro are truly the perfect bite!

What is the scallop and prawn ceviche?
Our new ceviche is a great way to start a meal or share for happy hour. This ceviche highlights scallops and prawns dressed with a pineapple-lemon grass dressing, avocado, mangoes and finished with a little chili crunch served with tortillas on the side. It is delicious and visually stunning, it’s a must try!

What is the spicy crab dip?
We have an addictive new item on our appetizer menu that is great for sharing! Rich and delicious this spicy crab dip is a perfect comforting winter appetizer. Lump crab meat and minced prawns combined with a spicy kimchi mayo, pickled fresnos and lemon zest. We then torch it to caramelize the top and give it a unique rich flavour and served with grilled sourdough on the side.
