What is iterative development
The process where an evolving solution (or part of it) evolves from a high level concept to something with acknowledged business value
Several cycles should happen in a timebox and take a day or to
What should an iterative cycle include?
Be only as formal as necessary and include
- thought (consideration of what needs to be done)
- action (complete the considered work)
- conversation (to review whether the outcome meets the need and if not what else should be done?)
